CADDIS COURT - PHASE II

The Caddis Lodges are a jewel of mountain modern construction in the heart of the Snake River Sporting Club. These luxurious homes feature an open floor plan, timber lodge-style beam work, rustic flooring and artisanal stonework with a contemporary palette. Each lodge included 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a 690 square foot garage.

 

Phase two of this development was entrusted to Pinnacle Construction; 12 new construction homes that were each ~4,200 sq ft. Jackson Hole is always a challenging place to build, especially at this scale. A shortage of skilled labor, challenging sourcing, and high prices of materials can cause issues for even the most experienced builders. Pinnacle is no stranger to the challenges of building in the area, and despite dealing with these capacity issues, Pinnacle completed these homes with their hallmark craftsmanship and timeliness.

At nearly 1,000 acres, including a fully functioning ranch, the Snake River Sporting Club hosts amenities unlike any other. Featuring three different ownership opportunities, Ranch Estates, The Residences, and The Lodges along with a private club setting complete with a clubhouse, an 18 hole championship golf course (voted #1 by Golf Digest 2015-2018), and countless other amenities.
